HOW IT WORKS
Questionnaire to help
Once you enroll, you will be asked to fill out the questionnaire that helps us to keep a record of your details such as your personal preferences, health issues, injury records, food allergies, and any other required data to prepare the customized diet and workout plans.
An introductory phone call
After you fill out the questionnaire, your coach will contact you within 24 working hours to discuss your lifestyle, dietary history, fitness goals, and overall health in general which are required to prepare the customized plans.
Diet & Workout Programmes
After the introductory call, the coach will design the diet and workout plans and share them within 24 working hours.
Your coach will contact you and explain how to access and log the plans from the mobile application.
Weekly Progress Updates
You will be asked every week to share updates of your progress such as weight, pictures, and measurements.
A call will be scheduled with your coach to discuss the progress and deviations of that week.
Upon discussing with you, the coach will make necessary changes to both the diet and workout programs also while considering your inputs.
This will be continued throughout the program to ensure you are on the right track.
You can always reach out to your coach via Whatsapp/In-App messenger for any queries.
Coach will reply within 2-4 hours during working hours, and expect more delay during non-working hours. A call could also be scheduled if and when required.
We also have a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who will reach out to you on a regular basis to check upon you. Any issues with the program or coach can be taken up with the CRM.
